 ATTENTION ALL RETURNING PLAYERS,
PARENTS AND COACHES

Fall 2012 registration will be available on the field by the storage bin on Saturday, May 12th and 19th.  2012 registration fee will be $85.00 per player.  Please take advantage of a $10.00 early registration discount.  The registration fee will be 75.00 per player on both of the Saturday's mentioned.  The fee includes both Fall and Spring seasons


PLEASE: go to www.eayso.org
 
and sign up as usual. Then bring the copy, and payment to the fields with you on

 the dates indicated, and hand them over to a board
 
member at the storage bin. If you are unable to regster on line, we will provide

 blank registration forms on site.

Due to the City of St. George initiating a cost per hour on the fields we use at

 Panorama, it was necessary to raise our registration fee. It is our hope that with this
 
fee initiation will come some better field conditions. This also makes it important, in

 order to avoid any more unnecessary fee increases, that we each make sure that all
 
 trash, is picked up and tossed properly into one of our cans available at the fields.
